Child Safety
Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Podi has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page is our published standard: what is forbidden, how to report it, and what we do when it is reported.
Podi is for adults, 18 and over
Podi is an 18+ platform. Creating or using an account requires that you are at least 18 years old, and accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are removed. Adults may not use Podi to contact, serve, or provide content to a minor. Age is part of our Terms of Service, and misstating it is a violation of those terms.
What is prohibited
The following are forbidden on Podi without exception, whether the space is public or private, and whether the content is real, edited, drawn, or generated:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, in any space on Podi — messages, live rooms, profiles, or the social feed.
- Sexualization of a minor, including text, images, audio, video, drawings, animation, or AI-generated content.
- Grooming, sextortion, solicitation, or any attempt to make sexual contact with a minor.
- Trafficking of a minor, or facilitating, advertising, or arranging such activity.
- Using Podi to reach, contact, or serve anyone under 18, including by an adult presenting themselves as a minor.
This standard applies to every person on Podi — users, hosts, room owners, and agencies alike.
How to report
In the app
Every profile, chat, and live room has a Report action. Choose the account or the content, send the report, and it reaches our moderation team. You can block the account at the same time. Reports involving a minor are treated as the highest priority.
By email
Write to info@podi.click with the account name or ID and what you saw. This address is also our point of contact for child-safety authorities and organizations.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then report to us.
How we respond
- The content is removed and the account is permanently banned, with no appeal for confirmed CSAE.
- Account data and evidence are preserved as required by law rather than deleted with the account.
- Confirmed cases are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the competent authorities in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Devices and payment identifiers linked to the account are blocked from registering again.
We comply with applicable child-safety and reporting laws in the jurisdictions where Podi operates, and we cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement. Podi is developed and operated by PODI APP LLC.
